According to written briefs grades, Clubs “Henrik Steska”, Ljubljana (79), “Zoran Kompanjet”, Rijeka (74), “Radomir Lukić”, Novi Sad (74) and Club “Vladimir Bayer”, Zagreb (70) were placed in the first box. After the first draw Club “Vladimir Bayer” Zagreb was selected for the leader of group A, Club “Zoran Kompanjet”, Rijeka for the leader of group B, club “Henrik Steska”, Ljubljana for the leader of group C and club “Radomir Lukić” Novi Sad for the leader of group D.

According to written briefs grades, Clubs “Iudex”, Sarajevo (68), “Iustiniana Prima”, Skopje (65), “Iustita”, Nis (65) and “Gavro Vukovic”, Podgorica (62) were placed in the second box. After the second draw Club “Iustiniana Prima” Skopje was selected for the group A, Club “Iudex”, Sarajevo for the group B, club “Iustitia”, Nis for the group C and club “Gavro Vuković” Podgorica for the group D.

The best teams in each group were qualified for the semi-final. Apart from them, two more teams are qualified according to Article 7 (C) . Teams at the second place in each groups were:

“ABEA”, Banjaluka, 21 points + 28.5 (half of points in written briefs) = 49.5

“Džemal Bijedić”, Mostar 18 points + 30 (half of points in written briefs) = 48

“Discretio”, Mostar 19 points + 30.5 (half of points in written briefs) = 49.5

According to this, club “Iustiniana Prima” Skopje was qualified for the semi-final, while draw was organized for the teams “ABEA” (Banjaluka) and “Discretio” (Mostar). According to draw, club “Discretio” Mostar become semi-finalist.
