About Regional Moot Court Competition

Moot Court Competition is a project that Civil Rights Defenders has started in 2006, and since then it has been organised annually. With this project Civil Rights Defenders aimed to enhance implementation of European human rights standards by familiarising law students and judges from the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia) with cases and procedures of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and so improving their capacity to deal with these issues.
